Position Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our online presence and enhancing engagement with our audience. This role combines strategy and creativity, allowing you to design and implement innovative campaigns that resonate with our brand and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with Apple's marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize content across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Analyze engagement metrics and audience insights to tailor strategies for increased interaction and follower growth.

- Provide regular reports on performance metrics and ROI for social media initiatives.
- Develop a brand voice and ensure consistency in messaging across platforms.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback promptly, maintaining a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
